A typical HeartSpeak session lasting 60 to 90 minutes held either here at The Light House, or via video call costs £87. Often this includes take home audio or exercises to use at home between sessions. Many clients combine a HeartSpeak session with soothing NADA Ear Acupuncture in a 2 hour session costing £145 .
Your therapy plan is individual. The number of sessions you'll need depends on a number of factors, including the complexity of the issue and your motivation to create change. Some people find just one session is all they need, whilst something like complex phobias are usually resolved in around 3 sessions. Anxiety and depression take many forms and ordinarily require a treatment plan of at least 4 to 6 sessions.
Your suggested treatment plan will be completely unique to you and may combine a number of therapies like HeartSpeak, Hypno-CBT, NLP, Coaching and NADA Ear Acupuncture.

Nutrition insights
If you suspect you are sensitive to certain foods, but aren't sure which or don't want to cut whole food groups out of your diet, you'll find a Nutrition Insights session helpful. It takes place in your kitchen testing your bodies stress response to real food and drink products. Many people are surprised to discover that their diet becomes more varied, not more restrictive after a Nutrition Insights session. This session costs £75 for an individual or £95 for two people in the same household.

NADA ear acupuncture
The NADA Protocol of ear acupuncture has been used for over 50 years to support detox from drugs and alcohol. More recently it has been adopted to support people with Anxiety, Trauma and hot flushes. I am qualified and insured to conduct the NADA technique in a clinical setting or other building licensed for use of needles. A NADA treatment takes around 45 minutes and costs £58.
