Another contented guest leaves us a 5 star review as she heads for home after her HeartSpeak Retreat here at The Light House, by Ogston Reservoir in glorious rural Derbyshire on the edge of the Peak District. 

Actually we've never had anything other than 5 stars which I hope tells us that our Retreats are doing exactly what we hoped they's do ... give people an opportunity to rest, refocus and maybe reset. 

How much or how little you pack into your Retreat is up to you: enjoy the countryside, soak your bones in the hot tub, mess around with our silly dogs, or therapy work of course. You can experience NADA Ear Acupuncture, learn relaxation techniques to take home and of course jump into some HeartSpeak stress reduction therapy which for many people is literally life changing. It's like nothing else you will have experienced before.... no need to talk, in fact you can resolve your 'stuff' without saying a word about what it is.
