Hi, I'm Sarah. My life as a therapist began because my work as a leader & trainer in the media taught me many of us are held back from doing or feeling our very best simply because of our very own thoughts and feelings. 


I wanted to help people get free from those things that were standing in their way and so I trained in a number of different change therapies so that you have access to a wide range of approaches that can be tailored to your specific needs.
